Power Controls 1.0

This was inspired by Daoneandonlystevy's Headphone Speaker Switcher 2.0 (credits are at the end of the description).

It is a skin for a few quick power shortcuts (designed for Windows 8.1, not sure if it works in 7 or below). The buttons are in order:

1. Shutdown (delay of 10 sec.)
2. Restart (delay of 10 sec.)
3. Hibernate
4. Lock the account
5. Cancel (cancels the Shutdown or Restart commands before the 10 sec. mark)

Edit the power_shortcuts.ini file with a notepad and there should be sufficient documentation to change:

1. The delay on the power and restart buttons,
2. The colors of each of the different buttons,
3. And finally, the size of all of the icons.

Also to make this look a bit better I recommend when loading the skin to set "Transparency:" to "90%" and "On Hover" to "Fade In"
(Usually you should set this to "~100%" but for some reason this doesn't work).
